Refund / Exchange policy
AUSTRALIA RETURNS
We offer returns on all merchandise orders in Australia within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return any of your orders. Note that if your item is a custom order with any engraving, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are offered up to 7 days from date of purchase with receipt.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings or Ear cuff . All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept all international returns within 15 days of delivery. If you are returning a product please inform us by emailing murmurer.onlineservice@gmail.com. If a request is not lodged within 15 days of delivery, you will be ineligible for a refund. Exchange Policy
We do not accept online exchange items. If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or item, please just order the item you want after you have requested a refund. We will process your return and send out a new item within 7 business days.We are unable to process or deliver orders on public holidays. In these cases, please expect your order to be processed within the next business day.
