1. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we do.
We offer Free Australia Wide Shipping for orders over $100 and Free International Shipping for orders over $150-$250. (please check the shipping police)

3. What materials is your jewellery made of?
Our products are either made of 925 Silver (14/18ct gold plated over sterling silver), and freshwater pearls.
4. Are your products waterproof?
We strongly recommend that you care for your jewelry and not wear them in water or expose them to chemicals to maintain their luster.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can. Please send your request to murmurer.onlineservice@gmail.com
Please note that we may not be able to cancel your order upon request due to our team's need to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
6 What currency are your products listed in?
Our products are listed on our website by default in Australian dollars and 30 other currencies. You can easily find your currency at the bottom of our page and shop with confidence.
