murmurer is a jewellery studio based in Sydney, Australia. We sell 925 sterling silver, natural pearls and other jewellery.
Jewelry is not scarce product and there are many shops on the streets. But good jewellery is usually very expensive and cheap jewellery is not good for the skin. 2019 covid spread the world and many people lost their jobs, many stores closed down.It's a really bad memory.
Until 2022, covid seemed to slow down and I felt that this was an opportunity to challenge myself now. So I created murmurer.Murmurer is the French word for whisper, which I find very romantic and feels like an intimate whisper between lovers. It's a very warm and romantic word, and that's what I want my brand to bring to people.
We started by choosing 925 sterling silver as the main type of jewellery we sell. 925 silver is friendly to most people and is not allergenic. It is also easily accessible to most people in terms of price. The variety in style allows for everyday use.
